Natural Stone Information Sheet
Starting with our latest release (v3.0), you can create quote forms that don’t show the line items – this is useful for contracts, disclaimers, checklists, or as in this example – an information sheet that you can present to your customers. You can include this form in a quote packet, and print out everything your prospects need at once.

Payment Policy
This form is primarily made of static text – even the spacing and indents are made with static text fields. It’s intended for a customer to read and sign. The customer’s name and salesperson are pulled from the job details.

Client Paperwork Checklist
To remind your customers about all of the details of their job they need to give you, it’s convenient to have a checklist for them. This form makes use of the checkbox field, although in most cases, you could achieve the same effect with static text. Account information is also show in the upper right corner, and the names of the fields are changed to use the word “Dealer” rather than account.

Cut Sheet
This form shows examples of pulling information from the job, like job name and address, some scheduling information – the template date, and details for the fabrication. The job material shows up on this form as a table, and each row of the job material section shows details about the serial numbers, including the batch number and location.

Installation Receipt
On quote forms, you can choose to not print the prices at all – this can be useful for a receipt when you’re doing work through a dealer and don’t want to reveal your prices to the homeowner.

Sample Proposal
This is a quote form that you can use as an initial proposal for a customer. The header information is pretty basic – only showing the customer’s name and contact info. Only the header and footer are defined by the quote form. The individual line items are set up on each quote.

Pre-measure Checklist
This form can be used by the salespeople to get some summary information about the job before the templater goes to the job site to measure. This form prints out the template activity information, so the person doing the template knows when and where to go, and has some details about the job.

Appliance Selection Sheet
This is an applicance information sheet – usually filled out by the customer or by the salesperson prior to measurement. In this example the manufacturers are drop-down lists (aka “list of values”) and the individual model numbers are text, because having a list might end up being overwhelming.

New Construction Template Checklist
This “New Construction Template Checklist” pulls the details about the job (Job Name, Address, Contact Information) from the job, and has a few checkboxes that are used as a reminder to the templater either before or during the template appointment.
At the bottom, are static fields with a disclaimer and a place to sign.

Sample JobTracker Job Form
Here’s the form we add by default to new instances of JobTracker – this form is designed as an example, and includes a few of the data types that are most common.
The Job Name and Install dates are pulled automatically from the job, and the other fields are entered on the form when you’re looking at the job detail page.
